Who we are
Arrival Log is an iPhone app made by Amy Blaylock ("we"). Contact: amye.blaylock@gmail.com.
What stays on your phone
Everything you enter (your route and dates, tasks, documents and their expiry dates, photos, schools, budget and packing lists) is stored only on your iPhone. Document photos are saved in the app's own storage and are never uploaded. Due-date reminders are scheduled by your phone, not sent from a server.
If you share a plan
Sharing is optional and off until you turn it on. When it's on:
- Your phone encrypts each part of the plan with a key made from your share code, using Apple's built-in encryption, before sending it.
- The encrypted data is stored on our sync server (run on Cloudflare) so the other phones in your household can receive it. The server stores it under a one-way code made from your share code, never the share code itself, so we cannot read your plan.
- Document photos and your app settings are not shared.
- Like any web service, Cloudflare processes your phone's IP address to deliver the data. We don't use it to identify you.
Anyone you give your share code to can see and change the plan. Only share it with people you trust.
Purchases
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. We never see your name, card or Apple ID; Apple only tells the app whether a subscription is active. See Apple's privacy policy for how Apple handles payments.
What we don't do
We don't collect analytics, show ads, use tracking, or sell or share personal information.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app deletes everything stored on your phone. To remove a shared plan from the sync server, email us with the share code and we'll delete it.
Children
Arrival Log isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
